Sekedar tips,

-Bagi yang alergi dengan keluarga udang2an,...dapat mencoba memasaknya dengan memasukkan potongan "arang" saat memasaknya (juga berlaku untuk semua keluarga yang bisa menimbulkan gatal2 sperti tongkol dll)

-Kalau makan lobster, jangan sampai memakan ekornya ( makin ke ujung makin gak boleh)

-Jangan mengupas/membuka kulit lobster dalam keadaan hidup.

-Jangan lupa berdoa sebelum makan

- Jangan lupa ngundang temen2 yang laen kalo kebetulan mo makan lobster dimana aja

Jangan makan ekornya....soalnya ekornya lobster khan keras amat bos...lagian mana ada dagingnya disitu....jangan sampe keliatan bangets jarang makan lobster

Sepengalaman ane..udang galah merupakan udang air tawar hingga ke air payau....habitat favorite nya di sungai yg berarus tetapi berair keruh ...kalau mau cari yg super, cari di muara sungai yg berbatasan dengan air laut ( air payau ) tuh bakalan sakaw narik udang nya...untuk di batam , saya belum pernah nemuin spot nya...cuman kalau dikampung sering seh,..heh.e..

kail nya memang khusus...kecil dan halus...bermata tunggal ( tidak ada kait pada mata kailnya....kalau susah nak bikin, mata kail biasa pun jadi...cuman cari yg kecil dan halus yg berwarna putih.....soal umpan, cacing tanah pun jadi...cuman kalau di muara sungai , pake umpan udang yg dikupas pun ajib tuh...hehe.
